Are you ready for a summer vacation you’ll never forget? Here at the Clarion, we’ve been working hard to make sure that your 2020 summer vacation is the best yet, and we can’t wait to show off our renovations and welcome you back! 

Our management and staff understand that you may have questions and concerns regarding the safety and sanitation precautions that our hotel is taking to ensure that your stay is as safe and healthy as possible. To that end, we’re already in preparation for your arrival. 

Check out some of the ways that the Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel has been getting ready to welcome you back on May 22, 2020!

Hotel Room Cleanliness

The Clarion Resort Hotel will be following all recommended cleaning protocols set by the CDC for hotels. This includes a thorough cleaning of all guestrooms and public areas, as well as the frequent cleaning of high-touch areas such as; door handles, elevators buttons, etc. Hand sanitizer stations will also be located throughout the hotel. 

Guests can feel safe knowing that their room has been properly sanitized, as a room sanitation decal will be placed over the door lock as each room is complete. The Clarion Resort will also be using the state of the art, Protexus electrostatic sprayers to thoroughly disinfect the entire property.

Check-in and Checkout

Our typical check-in and checkout procedures have been modified to serve our guests in a safe manner. Please expect the following schedule during, and prior to your stay. 

  1. We will contact you 48-hours prior to your expected arrival to confirm reservations and any special requests. 
  2. The balance owed on the reservation will be charged in full after your reservation is confirmed. 
  3. All guests can call the hotel to schedule a key pick-up time upon the day of arrival. 
  4. Upon checkout, all room folios will be emailed to guests. 
  5. Guests can put their room keys in the drop-off box in the lobby prior to leaving the building.

During Your Stay

Daily housekeeping services will not be offered; however, guests can call for additional towels, toiletries, coffee, and coffee supplies, which will be left outside their room. Guests can also enjoy a limited food menu, and beverages to go – we look forward to opening our full-service Food and Beverage operation as soon as we’re permitted.

Please remember that we encourage all guests to practice safe distancing etiquettes, and wear gloves and masks when picking up keys and food, and in the elevators. The Clarion is excited to welcome you back to offer you some much-needed relaxation in our newly renovated hotel.
